Problem:
- Determine what the major issues are via a telephone intake session
Action:
- At the location Jill uses her extensive experience, assessment skills, and deep intuition when relating to horse, in order to develop a quick rapport, communicate with the animal, and determine workable strategies
- She utilizes a calm, patient, intuitive approach, and quickly wins the trust of the horse
- Energy work, when applicable, to relieve tension in the horse, and promote a sense of well-being
- Immediate discussions with rider/owner, and answering any questions
- Providing CD of session, if requested ahead of time
- Offers opportunity for continued, follow-up support if required (via emails or telephone contacts)
Results:
- End results are always positive for both horse and owner/rider
- Problem improves or is eliminated
- Often very quick or immediate results
- Noted improvement in horse (psychologically, behaviourally and sometimes physically)
- Greater success in future for horse and rider/owner
- Horse is more calm
- The owner/rider receives a "tool pouch" of ideas and information that encourages further success
